Vanderbilt Insurance wanted to give their high-net-worth clients a better way to manage their policies—one that reflected the same level of service and convenience they expect in every aspect of their lives. The goal was to move away from paperwork and slow processes, making it easier for customers to access information, update details, and file claims without hassle. Our team worked with Vanderbilt to turn this vision into a reality, building a mobile app that not only simplifies policy management but also strengthens client relationships and enhances the overall customer experience.

The Challenge

Many high-net-worth individuals struggle with either being overinsured or underinsured, often because traditional insurers only review their coverage once a year at renewal. This lack of flexibility can leave valuable assets unprotected or result in unnecessary costs. Vanderbilt wanted to change this by giving clients real-time access to their policies, allowing them to update coverage as their circumstances changed—whether adding a new car, a piece of jewelry, or adjusting existing policies.

Beyond policy management, Vanderbilt also aimed to improve the claims experience. Filing a claim can be complex and time-consuming, often requiring extensive paperwork and back-and-forth communication. The challenge was to create a seamless, intuitive digital solution that not only gave customers control over their coverage but also simplified claims processing, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience

The Solution

To address these challenges, we worked with Vanderbilt to develop a mobile app that puts customers in control of their insurance like never before. The app provides instant access to policy details, allows users to update their coverage in real time, and simplifies the claims process—all in one intuitive platform.
